Though I ordered a swimsuit in a size 12, I received one in a size 6; when I requested a return shipping label, I was told that the order was "correct", so Swim2000 couldn't pay for the return shipping. When I pointed out that I would hardly order a size 6 if I wear a size 12, the hapless customer service rep admitted that "mistakes can happen."
