I am a C cup, and have very broad shoulders. I ordered this top in medium, and have to work to get into it, all tucked in (think shoehorn). It definitely creates a compressed uniboob. However, in the water all that matters is that the top keeps everything in place, doesn't gape and drag, and this top did what it was supposed to do. It was reasonably comfortable, and the bottom band did not lift off from my ribs. Was it the most flattering look I've ever worn? No, but it got the job done. I might try a large next time.
