When I priced out the shipping charge to return the fins, it didn't make any sense to pay that much to ship them back to you. I'm donating the fins to a local "Y" instead so you can delete that RMA from your system. When they arrived they were much too large, so we requested an exchange. All went well with this transaction, with the exception of the shipping charges I had to pay on the return. The $12 expense pretty well wiped out our savings on this purchase. Because we essentially ordered the correct size (the fit was incorrect), it would have been nice if Swim 2000 had shared in the return shipping cost. From now on I will buy items where size might be in question from a store, and not online.
