Kickboards

Swimming Kickboards are used by all Swimmers, Adults and Children. Swim boards help swimmers immobilize their arms while swimming, allowing them to focus on working just legs and core. Kickboards can also be used with swim fins to help develop leg strength and power.

Try using swimming kickboards with a snorkel too, to develop more core strength.
