Return or exchange any eligible item within 45 days of your delivery date. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and never used in water — with all original tags attached.

Your exchange ships back to you free of charge (continental US). You cover return shipping to us — or skip all of that with Re:Do at checkout.

How to Return Without Re:Do

Follow these steps exactly to avoid delays.

Log in and request an RMA number

Go to your account at Swim2000.com → Orders → select your order → Request Return. You'll receive a Return Authorization (RMA) number right away.

Pack your item securely

Include your return invoice inside the box. Tech suits must be packed in a separate outer shipping box — never apply labels directly to product packaging or the original box.

Write your RMA number on the outside of the box

This is required. Packages without a visible RMA number on the exterior will be refused at receiving and returned to sender.

Ship using a traceable carrier

USPS, UPS, or FedEx. You are responsible for the package until we receive it — we recommend tracking and insurance for orders over $75.

Allow up to 10 business days after we receive it

Most returns are processed faster. We'll send a confirmation email when your refund or exchange is on the way.

Racing suits require special handling. Please read before purchasing.

Tech Suits Are Returnable — With Conditions

Check both columns before you return. Missing any one condition will disqualify the return.

  • Completely unworn — dry try-on only is fine
  • All original tags still attached
  • Original box undamaged and included
  • Shipped inside a separate outer box
  • Returned within 45 days of delivery
✗ Not Eligible When
  • Any water contact — pool or otherwise
  • Tags removed or cut
  • Original packaging damaged or missing
  • Visible stretching or compression distortion
  • Used in competition — even once
Why we have this policy: Tech suits are precision garments engineered to exact compression specs. Even brief chlorine contact permanently alters the bonded seams and fabric structure — making the suit unsellable and ineffective for the next athlete. Not sure about sizing? Contact us before you order — we'll help you size correctly by brand.

Goggles are returnable with conditions. Please review before purchasing.

Goggles Are Returnable — With Conditions

Check both columns before you return. Any water use or physical damage will disqualify the return.

  • Dry try-on to check fit is acceptable
  • All original tags and stickers intact
  • Original box or clamshell undamaged
  • No scratches on lenses or gaskets
  • Returned within 45 days of delivery
✗ Not Eligible When
  • Used in water — even once
  • Lens film, protective stickers, or tags removed
  • Scratches, fog coating damage, or gasket distortion
  • Original packaging damaged or missing
  • Returned beyond 45 days of delivery
For hygiene and safety reasons, goggles that have been used in water cannot be returned or exchanged. A dry fit-check at home is completely fine. Not sure which goggles to choose? Contact us before you order — we're happy to help you find the right fit and lens type.

No Exceptions

Non-Returnable Hygiene Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged once opened.

Once opened or used, these items are final sale — no exceptions:

  • 🥽Goggles — returnable if unused and in original condition; final sale once used in water
  • 👃Nose clips — returnable if factory sealed and unopened; final sale once opened
  • 👂Ear plugs — returnable if factory sealed and unopened; final sale once opened
  • 🧢Swim caps — returnable if factory sealed and unopened; final sale once opened
  • 🤿Snorkels — returnable if factory sealed and unopened; final sale once opened

These items make direct contact with the face, eyes, ears, or mouth. For hygiene and safety reasons, once any of these items have been opened or tried on, returns and exchanges cannot be accepted under any circumstances.

    Original packaging missing or damagedAll items must be returned in their original packaging — including boxes, bags, and inner wrapping. Items returned without original packaging will not be accepted.

    Personal care & grooming productsShampoos, lotions, skin care, ear drops, and similar products are only accepted if completely factory-sealed and unopened. Any opened personal care item cannot be returned under any circumstances.

    Customized productsAny personalized or custom-embroidered item — no exceptions.
  • 🎁
    Grab bag itemsGrab bag purchases are exchange-only. No refunds on grab bag orders.
  • 🚫
    No RMA on the packagePackages arriving without a visible RMA number will be refused and returned to sender.
  • ⚠️
    Returns that don't meet our conditionsIf we receive a return that does not meet our requirements, we will notify you by email. You may request the item be shipped back to you within 14 days at your expense — shipping cost is based on weight and destination. Items not claimed within 14 days will be discarded.

Yes — a dry try-on is fine. As long as the suit has no water exposure, all tags are intact, and it shows no signs of wear or stretching, it's eligible for return or exchange within 45 days.
We cover exchange shipping out of pocket to keep costs fair for everyone. One exchange per order lets us offer this benefit to every customer. If you need additional flexibility — for example, ordering multiple sizes to try — we recommend adding Re:Do at checkout, which includes extended exchange coverage.
Exchanges are within the same product only — a different size or color of the same item. We are not able to exchange for a completely different product. If you'd like a different item, please return the original for a refund and place a new order.
Start with the sizing chart on the product page — each tech suit listing includes brand-specific measurements. Sizing varies significantly between Speedo, TYR, Arena, and Blueseventy, so always check the chart for the specific suit you're looking at before ordering. If you're still unsure after reviewing the chart, contact us before you order and we'll guide you based on your measurements.
A dry try-on to check fit is fine — if you tried them on at home without water contact and they're in original condition with all tags and packaging intact, they're eligible for return within 45 days. Once goggles have been used in water they cannot be accepted back for hygiene and safety reasons. If you're unsure which goggles suit your face shape or swimming style, contact us before ordering.
Yes, but only if the item is completely factory sealed and unopened — original packaging intact, never opened. Once any of these items have been opened or tried on, they cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene reasons. If you're unsure about sizing or fit before purchasing, contact us and we'll help.
Write it clearly on the outside of your shipping box — not on the product packaging itself. We recommend writing it on the top and at least one side. Packages without a visible RMA number on the exterior will be refused at receiving and returned to sender.

Yes — if you choose store credit instead of a refund, we'll provide a prepaid return label at no cost to you. The label will be issued once your return request is reviewed and the item is confirmed eligible. Store credit is applied after we receive and inspect the returned item. If you later use that store credit on a new order and still aren't satisfied, any subsequent returns will be processed as store credit only.
Re:Do is a return protection add-on available at checkout. It covers your return shipping cost and gives you added exchange flexibility beyond our standard 1-exchange policy. It's especially worth it when ordering a tech suit, trying a new brand, or if you're between sizes.
Contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the damage or incorrect item. We'll take it from there and do our best to make it right.
Yes — all items must be returned in their original packaging, including boxes, bags, and inner wrapping. Items returned without original packaging will not be accepted. For tech suits specifically, the original box must be undamaged and shipped inside a separate outer shipping box.
